November 2017 Newsletter.

November is a busy month for everyone. With getting ready for the holidays, traveling to see family, cooking, cleaning inside and out, preparing for the winter ahead, and of course…Thanksgiving!

Here at Movementum Realty we are so very thankful to have great friends, family, and clients. You all have made our year not only fun and positive, but also you have helped push us upward and we hope you continue to do so.

This is how our month went.

Starting with the most recent, was the annual Holly Days here in Duxbury hosted by the DBA (Duxbury Business Association).. What a fun a successful time that was! With pony rides, and face painting, chowder and candy, and best of all bright and smiling faces everywhere. At the office we hosted “Andi’s People”. A local artist; named Andi  of course, who draws wonderful characters for greeting and note cards. She had a set up for children of all ages to come and color one of her designs, or create their own! Shawn was here helping, and passing out candy canes, even Lindsay stopped by to check it out with her dog, Bruce. Fun was had by all, and if you missed it you’ll just have to wait till next year.

Shawn was not only busy helping with Holly Days, he also had a productive work month as well! On the 28th he closed on a property in Plymouth at 180 Black Cat Rd, right on the pond. He has 58 Holly Circle under agreement, and is set up to close after the holidays in January. Shawn and Patrick, in less than 24 hours of being listed, received a purchase and sales agreement  for their co-listing for Lake Dr in Plymouth on the 28th as well. Speaking of Patrick he is getting a condo in Marshfield ready to be listed on December 1st.

John and Jay have decided to reduce the price of their listing at 140 Curve St in Bridgewater. For a beautiful antique home with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths it’s a steal at $379,900!Jay has had the best month of all! Starting on October 31st he had a buyer close on 37 Anderson Ave in Middleboro, then another buyer closing at 86 Oakland st in Medway on the 9th. He also has an accepted offer in for a buyer, that property is located on Oak St in Pembroke. To date Jay’s home sales total for the year is at almost $1.8 million, and he is projected to hit over $2million before the years end!

All of us at Movementum Realty are looking forward to see what happens in December. Enjoying spending time with friends and family, tasting all the treats, and everything else the season has to offer. We wish you all a Wonderful Winter Solstice, Very Merry Christmas, Safe Happy New Year, and Fun Festive times for all the other joyous holidays and bountiful tidings in between.
